• - The applicant must be between 1–90 years old. When calculating age, any fraction of a day or month will be rounded up.
• - Children under 1 year old traveling with their father and/or mother are covered without additional premium, limited to a maximum of 2 children.
• - The applicant must be in good health and free from any physical abnormalities, impairments, disabilities, or deformities.
• - Only one single-trip policy may be issued per journey.
• - Only one annual policy may be issued per year.
• - Annual plans provide coverage for up to 90 days per trip, with no limit on the number of trips per year.
• - The insured must depart from Thailand and return to Thailand only.

• - All insurance plans support Schengen visa applications.
• - Coverage for durable medical equipment (Medical Supplies 2) due to an accident refers to external medical devices used to assist patients in daily living, such as hearing aids, eyeglasses, lenses, ventilators, braces, canes, crutches, wheelchairs, cervical collars, and similar medical devices.
• - Missed activity coverage refers to concerts, exhibitions, sports events, or non-competitive participatory events. The insured must present valid tickets or payment receipts as proof of participation in such activities.
• - The pet boarding must commence no earlier than 3 days before the Insured’s travel date. Pet means a dog or cat owned by the Insured, aged not less than three months at the inception date of coverage (maximum 2 pets), to ensure compliance with the protection of interest’s compensation benefit for pet boarding due to delay of return travel to Thailand.
• - Full details of coverage, conditions, and exclusions are specified in the insurance policy.
• - If the insured requires hospitalization (IPD), please contact the 24-hour Emergency Assistance Center Hotline at +66 2 342 3279 prior to admission each time. This allows coordination with overseas medical facilities and assistance in arranging transfers to appropriate hospitals if necessary. If the insured does not contact the assistance center in advance or receives outpatient (OPD) treatment, medical expenses must be paid in advance.
