Tips for reporting an auto incident
| To report an auto incident |
| 1. |
Call BKI immediately.
Please take down Incident Number for future reference. |

Do not negotiate damages if you are not sure of the details of the incident. |

If there is the injured at scene, get the insured to hospital and inform BKI Customer Service Representative. |
| 7. |
Get your vehicle fixed at the garage of your choice. |
| If you are at fault |
| 1. |
Do not flee the scene. If you do not remain at the scene, you may incur civil penalty. |
| 2. |
Do not block the traffic. |
| 3. |
If you see no immediate need for BKI to assist you at the scene, you should |

Get an appointment with the other party. |
 |
Report the incident to BKI and write a memo with details of the incident for the other party. The other party can use this memo as evidence to claim damages from BKI or their insurer can proceed with the claim. |

Supply Crash & Claim Form and report BKI to proceed. |

| The following details should be indicated in the incident memo: |

Name and last name of party at fault. |
| 2. |
Address and contact number |
| 3. |
Date and place of incident |
| 4. |
Registration number of both parties |
| 5. |
Indication of fault with detail of the damage. |
| 6. |
Signature of party at fault, with a witness. Name cards supplies must be signed. |

| If you are not at fault |
| 1. |
Take down registration number and make of the other party and inform BKI. |
| 2. |
Do not move your vehicle unless there is an evidence to support which party is at fault, for example a memo or Crash & Claim Form. |
| 3. |
If the other party flee the scene, report the incident to the police. Details about the party at fault must be clear and ample. |
| 4. |
In case of loss or damage to property in the vehicle, report the incident to the police. This is not covered by auto insurance. |
